We take great pride in the quality of our food.

As a scratch kitchen and bakery, we source locally and organically whenever possible. We smoke and roast meats, make condiments and dressings, and more in-house daily. Additionally, we bake our long-fermented breads, rolls, focaccias, and pizza crusts daily.

Supporting other local business is important to us, so come in a try a cup of locally roasted coffee, locally blended tea, or locally made kombuchas.
